1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Apex Intel platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• • Modifying or copying the materials
• • Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• • Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• • Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• • Transferring the materials to another person or 'mirroring' the materials on any other server
• • Using automated tools or scripts to access or manipulate the service
• • Engaging in any illegal or unauthorized activity

3. Subscription & Payment

• Billing Cycle: You will be charged monthly on the date your subscription begins, recurring automatically each month unless cancelled.
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' written notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of new rates.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds will be issued for partial months, but you retain access through your billing period.
• Non-Payment: Accounts with payment failures will be suspended after 30 days without resolution.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the platform for:

• • Illegal activities or violating any laws or regulations
• • Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward others
• • Creating false or misleading intelligence reports
• • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to platform systems
• • Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• • Violating the privacy or intellectual property rights of others

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Apex Intel, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on the Apex Intel platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. Apex Intel makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Apex Intel or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Apex Intel platform, even if Apex Intel or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Termination

Apex Intel may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach the Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and Apex Intel may delete your account and all associated data.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England.
